TV help?

Well, i'm having some issues. my tv screen is black. i turn the box on, and the light turns on, and i can change the channels, but the screen stays black.

the tv is on, i've re-hooked everything back up multiple times, ect.

any idea?

i dont think it's my tv, because i can change the channel, the little blue box in the corner comes up. but to picture/audio does.

Are you on the right input?   HDMI, component, AV, or channel 3?

That is because you are trying to use your TV as your tuner. You are changing the channel on your TV when you should be changing it on your STB, with your Verizon remote.

You need to first turn your TV to its "video" input, or Ch. 3, depending on your connection. It's no different than having a VCR.
