TV keeps switching to YouTube

I have been dealing with s very strange problem where my tv keeps switching to YouTube either via the widgets or via channel 941 (the YouTube channel) I'm assuming. Either way while watching tv the YouTube icon will suddenly appear and start to play random videos. It happens at all times of day and it occurs on all of our television sets (at different times).  We've had several technicians out to change our equipment including our router, and both dvr boxes. We've also checked all of our devices to mke sure we aren't somehow casting from the device to the television sets. None of our televisions are smart TVs. At this point I'm ready to just cancel my service as this has become extremely frustrating.
