My TV service has been out since 7pm. I can not get through to anyone on the phone. I was on hold Tues night for 2 hours and yesterday after 1 hr 10 minutes someone finally answered telling me the outage is from the central station and was to be restored by 9:30 last night... and then 9:00 tonight, and then 9:30 and now the last recorded message says 3:30am Friday 7/26.
I am beyond frustrated and upset that there is no customer service or any way to get any answers about when our service will be restored. We have been customers for over 20 years and I am ready to toss all 10 of my boxes and go to Comcast. I'm sure they will appreciate our business.
