Guy came out and changed out cables but now having issues on BOTH TV boxes. When I watch stuff I taped the audio keeps cutting out. He also said to take the All Room DVR off componant and use HDMI. Well now it's REALLY unstable. Cutting out a lot still. This is ridiculous. Will not be signing new contract, going back to other competitor in May.
