The Blacklist 209 missing

The Blacklist episode 209 is missing from the On Demand selections. Episode 210 is available and this is a 2 part episode.

Went in to VOD. Did search and entered Blacklist. Episode 209HD was an option.

It shows for rent for me as well.  Yet the other episodes are free... What the heck is going on?

It is now displaying episode 209, twice in fact.

Been trying for three days to get episode 9. 6, 7, 8 and 10 all show as available. I really would like to see episode 9 before watching 10. I do not want to pay extra for something that I should get at no extra charge.
