The Sony Channel - audio issues

Hey guys,

I have been trying to watch the movie "A Good old Fashioned Orgy" on in the free movie section in Fios On-Demand.  I have audio for all the ambient noise and background audio, but no actor's voices.  I had the same issue with another movie on The Sony Channel a few weeks ago.  It was never resolved.  Not all of the movies there have the same problem.  Any ideas on what could be the issue?  I am sure it's not the stb or lcd tv.

I see the same issue. May need to try contacting the channel directly vs Verizon.

I agree.  I plan on emailing them today.  I will update this thread with their response once it is received in case anyone else has been impacted by the same issue.

This is mainly a peer to peer support forum. Verizon doesn't respond to posts in this forum.
