Verizon fios has brought back the tennis channel after they dropped it from their lineup after the tennis channel demanded that they be included in a basic package like they were cnn or espn. There is no word yet as to whether the tennis channel being added to the channel lineup again will affect every single customer's bill as the tennis channel demanded that they be paid more for their channel where they were in the sports package but not as part of a basic package which is where they wanted to be. It looks like the tennis channel is the one who may have dropped their demands as they must have realized that it was insane to continue to try to ask for what they were asking for in what was an attempt to try to get more money out of tv providers than they were already getting. For those who are interested in the tennis channel it is on channel 303 sd and on channel 592 in hd.
