The channel guide in paper form

Hello all

This is my 1st post to the forum

A few months back, I always got in the mail, each month, a piece of paper, it had listed all of the channels and what number they would be on the TV.

At Christmas time, we upgraded.

After that, the channel line up stopped coming!

I called and was told that I was re signed up and that I would start getting it in th email again

Wrong!

It's been over a month now and no TV channel line up has come in the mail

Any suggestions?
