Channel 9 in HD for new york and new jersey which is channel 509 has no schedule for the next few weeks. It is completely blank so if you want to tape a game or a show in HD from channel 9 you can not because there is nothing there. I also want to point out that i see that you are advertising the spanish package as being free for a week starting next monday but at least half the channels in that package do not have the correct schedules. Cnn en espanol 1540 is off a lot including the morning show that is from 6am-10am not 6am-9am as the guide says. Canal sur 1549 has a morning show that is from 6:30am-10:30am not 6:30am-11am. The correct schedule is on canal sur's website. The same goes for infinito 1620 which has the correct schedule on their website if you look at what should be the united states schedule. 1704 tv chile is off by an hour where what is on right now is supposed to be on 1 hour from now according to the guide. The correct schedule is on tv chile's website. Tv colombia 1705 is also off as is the dominican channel 1506 where the schedule that they have on their own website is wrong. Their morning show is from 7am-9am not 7am-10am. Their night show is from 12am-1am not 12am-3am. "Caso cerrado" on telemundo is on monday to friday from 4pm-5pm and it is listed as a cop show when it is in fact a court tv show. Even the korean channel mnet 229 which is supposed to be from 8pm-1am 7 days a week is listed wrongly on the guide as 8pm-12am. You also have at least 5 movies that have the wrong descriptions for them. "Thirst" has been on showtime all month long listed as a korean vampire movie but it is in fact an american movie with lacey chabert. "Last man standing" is listed on encore as a movie starring jeff wincott when in fact it is a completely different movie with bruce willis. "The perfect man" that is on BET is listed as a hilary duff movie when it is another movie plus the cast of the movie "2010" has john cusack and samuel jackson in it even though they were not in it along with the wrong description being there for "the fast and the furious." Something must be wrong with the network to have this much off all at one time so i hope that you do look into what it could be that is throwing things off so badly.
I see the same Channel 509 issue here on Long Island and on my iphone remote DVR. Strange problem.
If you log onto www.verizon.com/fiostvcentral you can see the channel listing for 509.
I checked last night, and I also have the same problem with no guide data
Reboot your stb. when I did that channel 509 guide data appeared.
