Channel 477 soy latino tv which was mexicanal has no image at all of the programs that should be there and it is a channel that is not off the air. Right now there are colored bars from the left side to the right side of the channel where the colors are white, yellow, light blue, green, purple, red, dark blue, and black bars where if you are trying to watch things on that channel you can not. Channel 477 also has the wrong schedule on there too so if someone were trying to tape or find out what kind of programs should be on there they can not because the correct schedule is not there. Channel 466 mega tv has a shaky camera look to it and when you set things to tape on there when you fast foward it skips over parts of the program plus when you first go to watch mega tv it pixilates. Supercanal channel 1507 still does not match at all where what the guide claims should be on right now was actually on an hour ago. Channels 481 WRNN RISE and 482 NHK World still have no logos at all in my area.
While i appreciate the effort that is being made by verizon to try to address the problem with channel 477 "soy latino tv" i would like it if those of you who are at verizon actually take a look at the channel to see that nothing with the new schedule that you just put up matches. Before it was a mexicanal lineup that you had and now you have put up the schedule that soy latino tv has on its own website but the problem is that is wrong too. Now i do not want to have to contact that channel to try to fix this problem and am hoping that you can resolve this matter for me. If you are not able to see what it is that is playing on the tv right now then you can watch it online as everything that i am seeing on that channel is the same exact thing that is on their website. If you are paying for access to this new channel then at least you can try to see to it that the content matches what is on the guide or look into the fact of whether the shows that you have on there are from that channel as i have seen a bunch of shows that are on there that should normally be on channel 1701 La Familia Cosmovision Tv. Now i am not sure if you are running the feed that should only be on channel 1701 for channel 477 or if you need to take another look at the schedule that you have been given but i can say this for sure that nothing matches on channel 477 and the same goes for channel 1507 supercanal. Channel 477 did have the correct logo but now it is gone so it has no logo at all. The same goes for channels 481 WRNN Rise and 482 NHK World that do not have any logos at all for the people who are trying to watch those channels in my area. Mega tv still has the same problems that i mentioned before and since i am on the topic of schedules channels 1509,1548,1781 have no schedules.
mm1, you complain about "too many mexican channels" in another thread and here you are watching these mexican channels and complaining they don't work!
obviously there is a demand for mexican channels maybe not you or me. i think mexican viewers may complain there is too many english channels. cant please everyone.

Actually what i am trying to relay to verizon about channel 477 soy latino tv is that it used to be a mexican channel called mexicanal and that it no longer is a mexican channel where what is playing on there is an american/spanish channel that is from colorado that has its issues just like a lot of their other channels that are in their spanish package that they should be seeking to address but they are not. As for verizon's mexican content i still stand by what i and a lot of other people have been saying that verizon needs to diversify not multiply where they should at least try to match what their competition has or they will lose customers or not be able to add as many cutomers as they would like to. All of the commercials on univision, telmundo and other channels in spanish all advertise the channels that i mentioned in my other post but it is verizon's competitors who are all promoting that content to potential customers along with free phone calls to over a dozen countries if people sign up for the spanish package with them. If you were to get cablevision which has a channel from peru called canal sur peru they are also offering as part of their offer if you sign up with them and get the spanish package with them free phone calls to peru. That is just one of many examples that i could provide where if someone is from a particular country they are going to seek out a provider who has a 24/7 channel for them to watch and if a provider is offering to give them free calls to that country then that provider is who someone is going to choose over a company like verizon which offers neither of those options to all of their customers.
