This transfer over to Verizon has been a complete nightmare from Hell! Hello Verizon is anyone out there doing the job they collect a paycheck for?
I am sorry to hear that you are having troubles with your feature there. I tried pulling up that ticket and it wasn't found. I think one of those letters or numbers is off. I have sent you a private message to get more information from you.
