Have had absolutely no luck getting caller Id to work on TV screen. After an in depth discussion with live chat on 10/27/11 and being told at the end of msg."sorry,this time,we are going to fix this issue."Given a ticket number NYEGO6Q6p9 with" a 24 hour commitment to get this issue resolved"TWO days latter the problem is still there! This transfer over to Verizon has been a complete nightmare from Hell! Hello Verizon is anyone out there doing the job they collect a paycheck for?

I am sorry to hear that you are having troubles with your feature there. I tried pulling up that ticket and it wasn't found. I think one of those letters or numbers is off. I have sent you a private message to get more information from you.
