Tv constantly stuttering/freezing

  • So the past few months our tv shows keep freezing/stuttering. It doesn't matter if it's live tv or a recorded show in the dvr. Sometimes it's worse than other times and it doesn't matter what channel. It makes some programs unwatchable and is infuriating. My husband and I have tried trouble shooting it every way possible at home and we are getting to the point where we will just cancel and go back to comcast. Please help verizon! I have attached a link to the video I uploaded of the issue!

Looks like an HDMI issue. Do you have another HDMI cable you can try?

Thanks for the idea. We have tried that and that doesn't seem to resolve the issue!

What Fios box do you have? Is it going through a soundbar or receiver? Have you tried rebooting the box and the router? Have you checked ALLthe coax connections and your splitter? Do you have more than 1 TV and box, and does it do it on all TVs if you do?
