The shows from this week's Covert Affairs and White Collar are not available. Do you know when they will be available? What is the guideline for when they should be available and who should I contact to get them uploaded?

Most of the time its all what the provider does and not Verizon.  Many of them purposely delay shows from On-Demand so that you watch the actual channel during the initial availability (including the repeat showings) of an episode.
