I have Ultimate HD. Should I be receiving the NFL RedZone?

Yes.  NFL Redzone is included in Ultimate HD package.  After selecting the channel, you will have to click OK and go through a couple of steps to activate it. But there is no additional charge.

Now that the NFL regular season is over there won't be any programming on Red Zone.

Yes, you should, but since the season ended on the 31st the channel is now turned off until next September.  It is only available during the regualr season.
