Unable to access Showtime Free Preview

So I looked on Verizon's FIOS TV Central and , in size 12+ font, it says the preview starts on March 25th(today). After contacting a representative to add it to my account, they said it starts tomorrow. I have had persistent problems with my FIOS TV service and I feel like their customer service is worse than my former cable provider Cox's.

I got the same email.  Yet, I cannot get Showtime.  However, I am able to view Showtime On Demand.

I read in another thread that we should be able to receive Showtime 12:00am 3/26/10.
