Unable to watch DVR recordings on my Multi-room DVR

I cannot watch my DVR recordings on my bedroom DVR boxes. I can access the DVR menu and select a show, but when I choose to watch it it returns to live television. Suggestion?

Sorry to hear about the problems you are having with this. First reboot your router by turning off the power for 30 seconds. Then for each of your boxes go through the auto fix by performing the following: press menu, then go to CUSTOMER SUPPORT, then IN HOME AGENT, then SET TOP BOX AUTO CORRECTION.
