When I try to access any of the DVR menus on my iPad using the FiOS Mobile app, I get this error message:
We apologize but we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again in a few minutes. Error Code 7010. Of course, waiting a few minutes doesn't mean that it will work. Is there anything I need to do to fix this?
This is still an issue. Is there anyone out there that knows how to fix it; or at least let me know where I can get that kind of help? Thanks for anything you can do.
I am also receiving this error code on my iPhone 6. I would also like to know how to resolve this issue.
UPDATE: I called customer support, and they said the DVR'd shows are not available with my package. In order to access the DVR'd shows, I need to upgrade to their Quantum package.Disappointing, as the on-demand content is severly limited online - and I've found Comcast and Direct TV to have much more robust content.
You can only playback DVR content to your phone if you have Quantum.
But you can watch channels live on your phone independant of DVR on your phone.
