In VHO 7 we are not recieing updates to all of the VOD programs. For example the NBC folder is not being updated as nationwide there are program episodes available on VOD that are not showing up in VHO7. Also we are having a problem with episodes being made available in SD but showing up in the HD folder. Both NBC and USA folders are having this problem. This has been going on for atleast 6 months if not longer. Apparently its a known issue yet no one seems to have an aswer as to how to solve it. I've posted a similar message on TV Programming board.
Since this has been happening so frequently, every week for multiple networks, what is the best way to notify verizon about it?

Feel free to contact Technical Support every single week at 1 888 553 1555 or use the online chat at www.verizon.com/contactus and see if you can get them to speed up...
My previous comments were not "snarky"... they were realistic
If and when Verizon decides to do something about this "known issue" is when it will be resolved... Your one extra call/post added to the other thousands of calls and posts, is not going to make a difference... but feel free to make those calls/posts, if it makes you feel like you are doing something constructive.
Scnd, the VOD problem is a well-known issue. I've actually gone a few rounds with Tech Support when I had a subscription to WWE Classics on Demand (which Comcast by the way charges $2 less a month for and updates it every Wednesday... with Verizon I was lucky to see 2 updates a month and still not get all of the required content).
So instead of putting up with the frustrations of not getting what I was paying for, I finally decided just to cancel the additional service. The best way to speak out is with your wallet.
