VMS 1100 Upconversion

I have a SUHD TV that upconverts to 4k quality. I need to turn off the upconversion on the VMS 1100 STB. The TV upconversion works better with a native signal. Does anyone know how to do this.

People at Verizon do not know if VMS 1100 upconverts. It does. So they are no help.

The VMS upconverts to 1080p60.

Just change the video format under the video settings to what you want.

Note there is no Native resolution option like that in the earlier models.   So you are stuck with changing to 1080i, 720p, or 480i manually.
