My apologies we have been hammered taking a ton of calls tonight .....I wanted to advise everyone on the east coast we are having an issue right now with all VOD and customer's being able to access it at this time please be patient as we are working to bring it back up as quickly as possible.

West coast too.  While you're at it, please fix the bug that causes "resumed" VOD playback to start from the beginning.  Very frustrating when we can't fast forward!!!!!!!!

Its been working again, at least in my area, for quite awhile.  If yours is not working in yours try Verizon's "contact us"

Yeah, I had the problem and it was actually fixed for me before Techman28 even posted here about the problem.
