VOD seems to remove programs from menu after watching a few times

It seems VOD programs that are watched a few times get removed from the available menu.
Obviously older programs need to be cycled off to allow space for other programs, but this
has happened to me with 4 programs lately which are newer programs than others left on the menu.
Is there a way to request VOD programs be left on the menu or access those which have been taken off?
