I am not able to order VODD any longer. What is the problem
I think a little more information is needed before anyone can answer you. What is actually happening? Are you getting an error message, and if so what is the message? Have you verified that your box has connectivity back to the network?
Report what area of the country. For example were down or not reachable it could be effecting only those in one area. The rest of us would swear that everything with VOD was working fine.
Common ways to fix some errors with the box not communicating is to unplug your STB and power off your router. Then power up the router and wait a couple minutes for it to completely come up and connect. Then plug in your STB.
