Verizon Adapter Box

I love that I have a no charge Verizon adapter for my one office TV.  But I was wondering if there way anyway for you to be able to use the Guide with that box? Nothing pops up when I click the guide button.  

If that box doesn't have a guide function can anyone link me to a channel guide for Verizon in the Pasadena, MD area?

The SD adapter has no guide nor on demand.

There are plenty of places on internet and apps to find guides.

TV guide is one example.
