I can't get my remote to change the channels or raise or lower the audio. I'm stuck on channel 2. The red TV light is always on on the remote. Any suggestions?
if the light is always on, you may have the batteries in backwards or otherwise shorting out. take the batteries out and make sure you have them in correctly. try replacing the batteries next. If those dont work, call tech support and they will send you a new remote.
my remote won't change channels. I've changed to a new remote and have the same problem.
