Verizon FiOS - Network Ready Building NYC

Hello,

I recently assisted my Landlord with arranging for Verizon to complete the fiber install for my building in Manhattan.  The subcontractor "Speedwire" completed the install this past Wednesday.  When will I (and other tenants) be able to order FiOS services, aka, when will my building be "network ready?"

Good Morning,

The information will have to be loaded through engineering so that the system will be able to identify the address. You may need to contact the person that  you were working with to make sure the address is added.
