Since August 26, 2018, the Verizon Fios TV App will not stream or show its online guide. I have uninstall/reinstall the app and signed out/signed into the app.
The App Guide states "No Data Available".
The streaming section will show tv programs available for viewing. However, when I click to stream a show, it shows the following issues: "Airing on Dec 31 1969, 7:00PM" and "No Data.....Oops! We weren't able to load the data. Please retry later."
It seems to affect all channels on the app.

I am having a similar issue in that I can't stream recorded content.
Have reported and waiting on a response.
The more people that report, the more attention it should bring.
I did report the issue. The App Team stated there was a system outage. The team reports the issue is resolved; they advise to exit the app and try again.
Mine is still not functional.
Will wait to see what response I get on my ticket.
