Is Verizon Fios ending the broadcast of MHz Worldview (ch 451) in the Washington, DC area? Is so, why? This would be a real loss for Verizon Fios customers in the area.
In a way no.
MHZ is no longer an over the air channel.
So Verizon, along with others, are no longer going to carry it.
I have been with Verizon for 30+ years. If they don't bring back MHz Worldview (ch 451) they will lose me too, it's the only channel I watch.
Not True, COX and DIRECT TV have it .

It is listed as now being on 469(fios) according to the MHZ worldview site.
It probably was a sub-channel that was dropped by one of your local channels and picked up by another. When this happens it usually take some time to negotiate and add the new sub-channel and add it to the lineup you receive, and often ends up on another number in the 400 range.

Looks like Verizon may have been ahead of others inteh DC area.
I suspect it is now gone from Cox and DirecTv (unless DirecTv is carrying it on another local).
I am very disappointed that you have stopped carrying channel 451, Worldview.
Do you expect to bring it back?
It was very hard to find an area to log a complaint. Hope this is okay.
If this is part of MHZ networks, see previous post.
