TV service went out on me on Friday. I called and the guy bascially rushed me off the phone. I told him I need it repaired by Sunday at 1pm. He told me sure it'll get done....but scheduled me an all day appointment from 11am to 9pm....Here I am after sitting home all day...its right before 9pm and no tech.
I call to see whats going on and the rep tells me the tech dispatchers are closed for the day. So basically, the techs are just out and about and he has no way of contacting them.
Honestly, I didn't think this is how Fios was going to to be. I left comcast because their customer service reps were just awful, yet here I am again dealing with the same crap here.
I'll be switching back to Comcast shortly...Their customer service is awful but at least their service works!
