I am trying to find higher level management information, perhaps executive department contact. I had horrible day trying to resolve issue with the box. The customer service refuse to give me that information, in spite of the fact that situation with the box was already escalated.
I was sent to three different stores for box pickup spent over 7 hours to get the matter resolved.
