Verizon sign on not working for History Channel via Amazon Firestick

When we go to sign on to Verizon on the History Channel with the firestick, the sign on page comes up and then just goes blank white. We have the most recent version a fire stick on, and have uninstalled and reinstalled history. Any thoughts out there? Thank you!
