Verizon usage verification center

I don't fully understand what this part of verizon does. I personally have read post and it seems that all the issues anyone report here are all about them having high phone bills, Well my issue is not even surrounding that at all. I have Fios TV and I was informed by the agent i talked to is that the verification center has a block on me being able to order the Wrestlemania PPV. can anyone explaind this to me as i am starting to get mad from sitting on the phone for 45 mins now and no answer. all im told is i have to call them on Monday. Im **bleep** because of me having family here for the show and now the show cant be seen due to some department choosing to block it...**bleep** its funny how everything is great when you first go to a company then after you have a contract things change.

Have you ever been late paying a bill or anything? Why would you pay for the ppv anyways when you could have had it for $9.99 on the network.
