I was just trying to watch Toy Story 3 on 3D on my tv just to test the 3D features since it was free. When i tried to watch the movie, they said I am no subscribed to the feature. What exactly is the feature I need to be subscribed to and how much is it?

It might have been a free movie from HBO or something you don't subscribe to. It's only free if you subscribe to that channel.

It's not part of a premium package. You should be able to watch it, but first check if you can watch anything. If you are not able to watch any on demand, then you may not have on demand technically on your account. Contact tech support to have then check and to get it put back on if you want it.
