First, I have to comment on how absolutely awful Verizon's supposed support system is. I find it impossible to get any assistance.
I have a problem with at least one of my channels intermittently cutting in and out. It's almost as though I was watching satellite and was in a snow storm.
the video freezes and the audio cuts out. Of course, my favorite channel suffers the worst.
Any others experiencing this?

Hello Traj00, Sorry you are having trouble finding assistance. Is the video freezing and audio cutting out on any other boxes in the home? And is the same channels that are doing it?
