Anyone else having this tonight? We were watching a movie and paused it to eat and of course the movie timed out back to the menu (way to disable this?). When we went to resume we have the VOD_126 error on anything on demand... its crazy we pay so much for this service and alot of people in this area are having the same issue all the time. This has happened to me for months and it always seems to happen when we are watching something and pause it for too long then we cant watch anything on demand for the rest of the night.
Sorry to hear about the troubles you are having with the Video On Demand. The item you are watching if paused longer than 5 minutes will be timed out and exit out to the On Demand menu. You can go back and resume it. If you are getting an error message, there may have been likely maintenance going on with the system. We have been revamping the way the system works on the back end. I am sorry for any trouble this may have caused you. Are you still experiencing problems with it now??
