Many things could cause this, we call it the lip sync issue. Happens with LG TV's and can be resolved with a firmware upgrade from LG. If it is happening on just a few channels, it could be with us or the channel provider. Provide us with a bit more information and we would be glad to steer you the right way in getting this resolved.
