I recently switched to Quantum and I'm trying to use headphones. With the old fios I could control the volume on the DVR but with Quantum when I turn down the volume it does not change until I hit 0 and it turns off completely turns off.
Steps I took:
Plugged in headphones to TV
On TV changed setting to Secondary Sound System - Now sound is coming through headphones and not TV speakers
On DVR Changed volume setting to variable and began turning it down - Volume did not decrease
Tried turning DVR off and back on and using fios remote from another room that is mot set for this TV and tried a new remote that is hot set for any tv. No Luck.
Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
Why not set DVR to fixed and control volume from TV?
Headphones are connected to TV correct?
