why can't I watch my recorded programs on the go?? It tells me I have to be connected to my home router. To me that kind of defeats the point do having the app.
It does work as I do it all the time.

Can you see shows?
Try opening a ticket from within app.
They can diagnose issue.
Unfortunately, I can't try it again until next weekend when I am up at camp again. But it definitely tells me I can only view DVR shows when connected to my home router
Are you using a phone or tablet?
If phone, can you try cell data instead?
