Watch FIOS on Computer seems stuck

I have bookmarked a bunch of episodes of Black Sails so that I can watch them on my computer. However, when I click on the "Watch Now" button the "Checking Terms of service" dialog box pops up and spins forever. I have Silverlight installed and does this in the all the browsers I have tried.
Is this feature broken?
