Fios gets MSG but doesnt get MSG HD, I've been asking about this for a while, now that the Knicks got Carmelo Anthony more people are going to want MSG HD.  PLEASE HELP

The lawsuit FCC vs. Cablevision was heard in the US Court of Appeals on February 14. The FCC is on FIOS and AT&T's side here. A decision from what I understand is still pending, but expect Cablevison to appeal to the US Supreme Court if they lose. Unfortunately for all of us, this will still be a while.
