I can't get to the Upgrade & Renewal Center at Verizon Central. I always get the message: We're sorry.
We are experiencing a temporary problem and can't continue your order at this time. My bundle runs out soon I am attempting to compare costs with my Comcast offer. Help would be appreciated Verizon.

The problem persists on all browsers. I have tried on computers in differemt households and problem still persists. My contract is up soon the sooner I can access my deals/bundle options the better.
