What happened to the extensive library of free movies from FIOS OnDemand

MGM HD, TCM, and the other free movie channels have very little selections. It's like 75% less overnight. I think MGM HD only now shows 5 movies. Comcast offers a much larger library of free movies OnDemand. I have all the premium movie channels but they show more recent films. The free movie channels has a wide selection of movies from the 60's, 70's and 80's. Was this a FIOS decision to pay for less OnDemand content or the channels themselves.
