Where did ION channel go?

The ION channel 492 suddenly disappeared last night. You finally have a good channel with decent programming and positive messaging and it’s removed. Why, please?

I would love to know the answer.  I enjoy the ION Plus channel as it has interesting programming and different advertising that can be relevant to our daily lives.  I would think Verizon would post something about this situation.

Where did ION channel go ?  Really enjoy watching it, good shows.

ION moved to channel 515 ION HD at least it did for me in my area.

I just saw the following on the Wikipedia page for IonPlus:

"On January 14, 2021, it was announced Ion Plus would cease broadcasting on February 28, 2021 after Ion Media's acquisition by the E.W. Scripps Company."

Really disappointing, but that's media consolidation for you!
