Where do we get a cable card in Dallas Fort Worth? Store do not carry FIOS supplies.

Just ordered a Cablecard over the phone and was told to take my order to the local Verizon store to pickup my cable card.   The Grapevine store told me that no stores in Dallas Fort Worth carry ANY FIOS supplies - including cable card.

Any suggestions?

Hi DocBones,

We apologize for the information that you were told. The cablecards are not stocked in the stores. You would have to be sent those via UPS. Have you had a chance to speak with customer service yet on this? If not, please let us know so that we can try to help.

Any idea why it costs $24 to ship that?   Seems really expensive.
