I was able to use my computer to stream music onto my PC, however, after I went over to WIndows 8, this stopped because of compatibility issues. Now I went back to see if maybe there was an update to the software so I could try again, and Media Manager is no longer around? I have went to the My Apps section, and all they have available is apps for smartphones, which I don't have.
I know the option is still available on my STB. So where's Media Manager?
Media Manager has been phased out! It happened almost a couple months ago.
Previous contributor is correct. I just went looking for it and all I could find is this message.

So apparently if you have it, you can keep it. If you don't, you're out of luck. Wonder how this will affect those who have purchased movies, left Verizon, and still want to access them?
Well heck.... is there anything that is coming up that will allow this?
Cool. I'm glad I never used it. I never really wanted Verizon in the middle of my media collection anyway. Privacy? But there should be a replacement. Stinks that it would be taken away for those that were using it, with no alternative replacement. I suppose they did not want to develope something for Windows 8 if it was being, "Phased Out". Perhaps that function will be built into some future img release?
