Where is the HD in my Prime HD

The non-HD versions of my Prime HD package are fine but I am not getting the HD versions (.e.g ESPN). I have set top boxes but not  DVRs. All TVs are HD ready.  This was just set up today. Have I missed something?  I can't believe this package wouldn't come with HD!?

What boxes.  Hopefully Motorola 7xxx or Cisco boxes.

Connected to TV with HDMI, DVI or Component Cables.

Box could be not correctly set to  send a hd signal.  Menu, Settings, video settings.   Set to 1080i or 720p.  Can also be set to native but that requires going in to a hidden menu on the Motorola boxes.

Could be bad cables or splitters.  Was new wiring installed or old reused.

In general the HD channels are 500 higher than sd versions. So local 2 is 502 for HD.  CNN sd 100 CNN hd 600, etc.

Hopefully they did not do an install with the obsolete QIP-2500 non HD boxes. If so call them back! I have heard QIP-6xxx boxes being installed for HD installations, and they are also obsolete. Anything to complete the install it seems.
