I know there are discussions about this in this forum, but I just need to know who I need to contact or how to contact the appropriate people to complain about the BTN overflow channels not being in HD. It's been years now, and they still are in SD. I pay way to much for my sports package because I enjoy watching football and basketball, but I shouldn't have to watch University of Maryland in SD in Maryland or VA. But this will be the second weekend in a row that this will be the case. If they were smart enough to put the MD games on the main HD channel each week, I wouldn't complain too much, but this is a problem. It's enough to make me switch.
Does anyone have any info on who to complain to? I can at least do my part.
Not really any way to lodge a complaint.
But the limit is technical as much as financial.
If Verizon added all of the overflow channels for all the networks, they would take up a large percentage of available bandwidth.
They have to balance sports with other content.
There are plenty of people that say we need less not more sports channels.
