Why are the network shows from 11/12 not available yet?

Both CBS and ABC shows from 11/12 are not on ON DEMAND yet.  Normally they are posted by Friday night or Saturday... is anyone else having this issue?

Also,

I was wondering what happended to ABC comedy shows like Modern Family.  I could have sworn I saw it there last week, but it was an episode from October.  Now I dont see the comedy shows at all.

It seems like the VOD is very inconsistent....

the more there is, the less there is....

I think they only intended to show the new pilots and not every episode.
