Why bother scheduling appts

Why bother scheduling if they are going to show up when they want and it's always when I'm not home... Then want me to reschedule but no appts for a week.   Already been without all services for over a week and now have no idea when I'll get service back.

I'm done with FIOS.  Cancelling all services... You suck FIOS
