Why cant i access Animal Planet Go.com video ?

When I go to Animal Planet web site and want to view live videos, FIOS is not one of their selections to select  current TV Provider? I currently have Animal Planet as one of my channels in my package. Why is that Verizon FIOS is not on their list, while many other providers are?

For reasons that have not been stated, Verizon does not have access to the Discovery family of channel Go apps.
