Why only 2 episodes of a 3-part episode series?

I wanted to watch "Casey Anthony:An American Murder Mystery" which is a 3-part series. However only episode 1 and 3 are available. Why?

The same thing happened with the 3-part series on Scott Peterson. Only two episodes available.

Why bother watching at all, if all 3 parts aren't there?

As stated in the past, Verizon does not control VOD content.

Maybe try contacting original content provider to ask about it.

Might be an issue on their end.
